Partners Bill Clarke and Rodger Forster have both been involved in the promotions industry for more than twenty years, owning one of the North's leading wholesale balloon and party warehouses which they sold in September 2000.

During the eleven years they operated International Balloon World they became more and more involved in the promotions and incentives side of the business. Supplying printed balloons, pens badges and giveaways to local radio stations and other businesses. They decided to sell balloon world but to continue with Promotional products and they set up a new company dealing in everything promotional.
